A while ago I was posting about my sewing center dilemma. This is how I've solved it for now. This was my desk. It used to have shelving in it, but I took it out and put a bulletin board and some peg board in it for my sewing notions. That leaves the table top free for my sewing machine. If I had more space I'd buy a really nice sewing table, but I don't. So this is it for now. I really like it. For now.
I'm hoping to finish up some things this weekend. I was working diligently on a quilt for my mom, but I accidentally sewed two long strips together that weren't supposed to go together and it bummed me out. So, I'm still working on ripping the stitches out. ARGH! Plus, I've got a scarf and three hats on the needles. I've also decided to rip Sunny's hat back to the decreases to add an inch. I think it needs it. The good thing is that Luke is going to a birthday party tomorrow afternoon. Now if I can get my MIL to watch the girls while he's gone I'll have some time all to myself. Wouldn't that be something?! I'd probably take a nap. Ha!

Sweetie ... just break every third stitch on the strips you are undoing ... give it a tug and it will come free.
